SDS is committed to manufacturing high quality forest products. We grade our lumber and plywood according to a strict set of specifications, ensuring that our products meet or exceed industry standards. Our wood supply, which is a mix of Douglas Fir and Grand Fir, comes from the eastern side of the Cascades where trees grow more slowly, producing finely grained wood ideal for its strength and use in construction. Another reason why we are able to produce such high quality products is that we have a competent, dedicated workforce made up of employees who invest a great deal of care and energy into their work. SDS is small enough to enjoy a pride-of-responsibility spirit, yet big enough to produce a large volume of consistently good lumber and plywood products.
